Established in 1999 by Joe Higgins & Niall Cunningham, both of whom have extensive motor industry experience, the company has grown from a non-franchised operation to a fully operation Mercedes-Benz passenger car sales and service dealership in under ten years, which in the motor business, is an achievement in its own regard.
We aim to offer the best possible level of customer service throughout our business. With the addition of the Mercedes-Benz franchise to our business, we now can offer an unrivalled level of products from our showrooms in Galway.
In our sales department, we offer all our existing and potential clients simple and impartial advise on their vehicle requirements.
Because we are a private, owner operated business, you can speak directly with the person that holds the information that you require, whether that be a sales advisor, our service manager or one of our directors. This open environment means that we can share our experience and advice with you, our customer, in a more effective manner.
Our after sales department aim to offer unrivalled one to one customer service, whether you are getting your car serviced or repaired, or are buying genuine parts. Again, we offer you instant access to our service and parts department managers should you wish to discuss in detail a requirement or issue. We are factory approved, authorised repairers for Mercedes Benz, Chrysler Jeep and Saab vehicles. Out parts department also offer a full service in the supply of genuine parts for the aforementioned brands.
